Cesar over at fleethecube reports that he has had some success at Domaining (buying the right names and parking them at a site that pays (CPC) for the traffic that arrives via them).
Cesar mentioned that he has some poorly performing domains that he will probably allow to expire. To me these domains could be a profit centre, so if anyone has a bunch of domain names that aren’t performing and they are willing to sell them instead of letting them expire then let me know!
I’m not prepared to pay a lot for them, I’m assuming they have almost no registration period left and they probably don’t have much (any) traffic, but they do have age, and I have ways of turning them into sites and getting some traffic for them fairly easily.
If you do get in touch please provide some details on the domains, even if it’s just I have 10 .coms that I’d accept $X for. I don’t care what the name is, I just want a bunch to try my idea out. I’m also happy to buy non .com’s, almost any TLD, or ccTLD will do.
