I replied to a post made by Darren about his 31 days blog improvement program and within a very short time there was a comment left on my site by Matt (http://startingtoblog.blogspot.com/) who is doing a similar thing.
Of course I went straight over and had a read, I like his idea of breaking the earnings down into an hourly rate, unfortunately for me thats pretty hard to do as I am on and off the computer all day as I look after our two year old at the same time.
Another thing I noticed was something Matt had joined called http://www.blogexplosion.com/, sounded like some of the old banner exchanges I used to use. I have my doubts that it will help much, and I haven’t seen it on any of the big sites.
But you never know, maybe Darren @ Problogger hasn’t heard of it, and maybe he will see my post here about it, and maybe he’ll use it, and maybe he’ll sign up using the link above, and maybe lots of sites will sign up from his link.
This would be cool because it has a MLM setup, where if Darren earns 1000 credits, I’ll also earn 100, and so on…
Who knows, this time next week I could be getting thousands of visitors!
There’s a lot of maybe’s to make that happen though….

Ahh… that IS interesting. I was not aware of that multi level thing. Well, I found in doing some surfing by category on there, that there were actually one or two blogs that I bookmarked because they were interesting or fun. So I’ll go back to those. I’m not sure how effective a tool it will be for driving visitors to my site, given that it is small now, but it is entirely possible that it could be useful for an established site to help grow their readership. But you know, it HAS gotten some people to come check my site out. Not in droves mind you, but a few. So maybe it’s good for me too, after all. Sort of an organic growth pattern rather than an exponential one, but still, it could help. LOL. Ahhh… nothing like someone stopping by and leaving a comment to confuse people even more, right? LOL Drive-By Confusion, that’s my MO today!
Keep up the good work and thanks for that bit of knowledge. I missed it looking at how the site worked!
